1. Architectural Design and Consultancy
a. Conceptual design, presentation to client including 2D and 3D perspectives

2. Turn-key decoration works
a. Conceptual design, presentation with color plans and 3D perspectives
b. Preparation of working drawings, coordination with different trades
c. Preparation of manufacturing drawings, in-place fabrication quality control
d. Preparation of bid packages, preliminary and final cost estimates
e. Supervision of installation, finishing works, decoration and furnishing
f. Management of punch lists, additional works and hand-over procedures

3. ALSECCO exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) installation
a. Insulation with EPS (basic system) or rock wool (ecomin system)
b. Surface finishing with plaster, tiles, decorative bricks and wood panelling
c. Decorative profile installation: sills, cornices, column profiles, cappings etc. (fabrication in-situ or by ALSECCO, as required)

4. Project Management
a. Preparation of bill of quantities and price proposals
b. Project and investment consultancy
c. Preparation of business plans
d. Cost estimation, cash flow and budget preparation, monitoring and updating,

Brief History

Elips Construction, Marketing and Trade Co. was established on June 02, 2002 by two partners, who previously worked as founding partners of İris Construction Co. between 1999-2002.

The partners started their professional careers with construction of five-star hotels and holiday resorts along the Mediterranean coast of Turkey between 1988-1991. After the disintegration of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the partners entered the Russian market, taking part in large scale projects undertaken by GAMA Construction Co. in Wladikawkas, Sochi and Moscow between 1991-1995, and by Gama-Russia between 1995-1999. These included the turn-key construction of Gasprom Headquarters and Apartments, and the noteworthy prestigious renovation of Russian Parliament building.
The partners have worked as a team throughout their professional careers. They graduated together form leading architectural institution in Turkey, the Department of Architecture of the Middle East Technical University. They gained experience with various job site project management assignments, and undertook major responsibilities in coordination between designers and contractors. Then in 2002 they established the Elips Construction, marketing and Trade Company.

Since 2002 ELIPS has specialized in the installation of exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS), finishing and decoration works, and completed medium scale turn-key contracts. ELIPS has actively worked in various domestic and international projects as a subcontractor to top Turkish contractors, such as GAMA, ALARKO, SEMBOL, KORAY, SABANCI, AHSEL, CEYLAN, TEPE and YAMATA, while, on the other hand, undertaking medium-scale turn-key projects of Kazakhstan companies and private entrepreneurs.

Since 2003 Elips Construction, Marketing and Trade Co. has been the authorized distributor and installer in Turkey and Kazakhstan for the exterior insulation and finish system of Germany’s ALSECCO GmbH, and the authorized sales agent of DOMOFERM fire resistant metal door systems in Kazakhstan.

Elips Construction, Marketing and Trade Co continues its operations in Kazakhstan under the name Elips Construction-Almaty Branch, Elips Construction-Astana Branch ve ELIPS Ltd. (TOO ELIPS) with permanent offices in Almaty and Astana.
